A 1985 Chevrolet K5 Blazer is painted in stunning black, with a 350, a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission, replaced custom upholstery, a 2-inch lift, and a cowl hood; should check all of the boxes of a Chevy Squarebody enthusiast. According to the VIN, this Blazer started life with a V-8, but the smaller 305. This original engine was swapped for the more upgrade-friendly 350 CID V-8. The engine is fitted with an Edelbrock aluminum intake and a four-barrel carburetor with an electric choke, topped with an Edelbrock open element air cleaner. The engine breathes through headers and a 2 1/2-inch dual exhaust system. That engine is mated to a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission, according to the owner was recently rebuilt. The engine bay is clean and tidy. Originally, this truck was finished in Indian Bronze with a Bronze hardtop, but the seller opted for this high gloss black finish. The truck was ordered with the YE9 Exterior Decor Package, but most of that equipment has been sacrificed for a less flashy appearance. The wheel arch moldings are all that remains of the package.
