Fourth generation Camaros hit the scene in 1993 and were built on an updated GM F-platform, and were available in liftback coupe, T-top, and convertible body styles. Both manual and automatic transmissions were offered, with the top engine being the 5. 7L 'LS1' V8 used on the C5 Corvette. Notable variants included the SS and Z28, with the most special being the 30th Anniversary LT4 SS and SLP modified cars. Another notable variant was the Police special B4C. Production of the Chevrolet Camaro ended in 2002, and it wouldn't be until the 2010 model year that the Fifth Generation Chevrolet Camaro was introduced.
