This Corvette is the beneficiary of an extensive reconditioning project. In 2012 $25,000 was spent on mechanical and suspension upgrades and maintenance. Included in the work was a rebuild of the steering box, the differential, with new yokes and half shafts and most suspension components. Brake hoses, brake lines, shocks, new front calipers and upper and lower ball joints are just some of the items that were replaced. 1979 is the last year the Corvette featured the sleek lines that made C-3s famous.
