Under the hood is a period correct (and believed to be original) 216. 5 cubic inch inline 6-cylinder engine paired to a 3-speed column-shifted manual transmission. The 6v electrical system was upgraded to a 12v system and the appropriate wiring changes were made to make for a much more reliably starting truck. The vehicle was recently repainted and looks fantastic cruising down the road. The interior has also had an overhaul and was made safer thanks to the addition of seat belts.
