The same year this beautiful Impala rolled off the assembly line Star Trek premieres on NBC-TV and the US & USSR sign treaty to prohibit nuclear weapons in outer space. What a fascinating time to live. While Chevrolet is trying to win the muscle car race. Now you can own a piece of history with an updated fourth gen Impala. That was rebuilt and painted only 12,000 miles ago. With a Black and Green vinyl and cloth interior matching the Green and Black flame paint job. Sitting on top a smooth 350 V8 backed by a 350 3 speed automatic.

Redesigned in 1965, the Impala set an all-time industry annual sales record of more than 1 million units in the US. All new full-size Chevrolets eschewed the 'X' frame for a full-width perimeter frame, a new body that featured curved, frameless side glass (for pillarless models), sharper angled windshield with newly reshaped vent windows, and redesigned full-coil suspension.
