The Shelby CSX was introduced in 1987 and was only produced for 3 model years through 1989. CSX stands for Carroll Shelby Experimental and was a very limited production high performance auto based on the turbo charged model Dodge Shadow and Plymouth Sundance. The CSX is powered by Shelby-s intercooled turbo 2. 2 liter inline 4 cylinder engine which produces 175 horse power and 175 lb. ft. of torque which in this lightweight car is able to launch from 0 to 60 in just 6. 8 seconds. The CSX had some performance upgrades with high performance springs and shock absorbers for improved handling and Daytona Shelby Z rear disc brakes for much improved stopping distance. The Shelby badging was not quite as loud as many of the other Shelby models and the only color option was black. This 1987 CSX is in amazing condition with only just over 19,000 actual miles...

The Dodge Shadow was the successor to the Omni, which everyone knows thanks to Carroll Shelby with the Omni glh(s). This one in particular, is sporting a 2. 5 L Turbo I4 that has a 2 piece intake manifold and a larger 6 quart oil pan. The long block engine was completely rebuilt around 5k miles ago. All that power from the engine is mated to a 5-speed Getrag manual transmission. Although this is not a shelby, it still goes like hell! Finished in white, with a white convertible top, it's as clean as it is quick! Step inside and you're greeted with a gray cloth interior and surrounded by a 5-piece welded in roll cage, incase you want to track this car.
