While many are familiar with the El Camino and think it was the first of its kind in 1959, that is incorrect. Ford did it first with the Ranchero in 1957. Adapted from a 2-door Wagon it integrated the cab and cargo bed into the body. Over half a million would be produced up until 1979 across 7 generations. Here we have a 1964, the next to last year of the 2nd generation. This body style drew the design off Ford's Falcon which made the Ranchero much smaller. The exterior colors are white with a red stripe down the side of the body expanding from the front to the back. Paint looks in good shape and she has a nice button-down black bed cover. Inside you'll find red vinyl interior to complement the tones and is in very good order.
