The Cobra R was only offered three different times, 93 as a Fox body, 95 as an SN95 and lastly in 2000. Known for their rarity and uncompromising performance these were purpose built cars. So purpose built that you needed a racing license in order to purchase one. This one is super rare that it was never raced and completely pampered. It actually lived in a Ford dealership for the past 20 years and is actually a well known car if you from around the Louisville area. It has a clean Car history showing two owners while verifying that the mileage is actual and still under a thousand. Probably one of the most prominent things on the Cobra R's is the hood. The fiberglass hood bulges upward to accommodate the specially designed lower intake manifold matched up to a Cobra upper intake making this one of the taller small blocks around. The Gt40 heads increased flow to the 351 Windsor dramatically and with the addition of a roller cam the motor absolutely screams.
