2001 Ford Mustang Cobra SVT

In 2000 Ford suffered a slight set back to their flagship Mustang known as the Cobra SVT Cobra. Ford replaced the intake manifold and computer components as well as the entire exhaust from the catalytic to the tailpipes in order to achieve a 'true' 320 hp at the crankshaft. Because of this blunder, the 320 hp 2000 Cobra SVT Cobra was pulled from production to return in 2001 again rated at 320 hp. This Performance Red Cobra SVT Cobra has come a long way since that original 320 hp. Approximately 1 year after its purchase, the owner decided it needed just a little more. This desire for more horsepower lead to a few discussions with Kenny Brown Performance for a few upgrades. The decision was made to upgrade this snake to a Cobra S by Kenny Brown. Most notable in this conversion, is the addition of a Vortech Supercharger to the 4. 6 4 valve V-8, allowing the car to produce 420 hp. Along with the additional hp, Kenny Brown-s Extreme Subframe System is added for improved handling.
