Newly completed in 2022, this patina-finished 3100 is a build that has taken place over the last decade & now is ready for a new garage. Power is supplied from the built 4. 8 LS running through the 4L80E automatic transmission with a TCU controller, a 3000 stall and down to ground compliments of the Currie Ford 9' Posi rear end, some 3. 50 gears, a 4-link rear & QA1 rear coil overs. The front suspension is a Mustang II rack & pinion and there are disc brakes all the way around. There is more than adequate power coming out of that LS & this truck is just flat fun to drive! With the displacement of all the engines in the LS family, the 4. 8L is probably the closest you'll get to an 'under-the-radar' LS. But that's good news for you for basic cruising, but thanks to its stout iron block, the 4. 8L LS can support BIG horsepower, particularly if you're adding forced induction like a turbo or supercharger.
