The current owner of this has had it in their collection for the past 25 plus years and named it 'The Heartbreaker'. Powering this sharp all steel '48 is a 350 CID V8 mated to a GM 3 speed automatic transmission with a shift kit and pushing that power to the ground is a Chevy 10 bolt rear end with 3. 08 gears. This build has about 35k miles on it since being completed. The steel body on this car is painted in an 80's GM Red paint with sharp orange and white pin striping. The fit and finish on this car is correct and tight. The body is sleek with shaved door handles, shaved trunk, and Louvered hood. While walking around this car you also notice the dual exhaust sticks out a few inches longer than normal, this is due to the car's design to literally shoot flames!
