Based on the Model T of the 1915 to 1927 era, T-buckets are favorites for hotrodders. A genuine T-Bucket has the two-seater body of a Model T roadster; and it is this 'bucket'-shaped body shell from which these street rods derived their name. Regardless of whether it has a 'turtle deck' or not (the small box at the back), a T-Bucket is certainly unmistakable from other vintage hot rods. A Model T-style radiator is usually used, and even these can sometimes be barely up to the task of cooling the large engines installed in many T-buckets, but the one in this ride is a nice heavy duty unit, and is more than up to the task. This fiberglass Ford T-Bucket has a 350 CID V8 powering it, and its polished chrome headers give it that classic hot rod vibe. The V8 is paired to a GM TH400 3-speed automatic transmission that shifts smoothly throughout the gears, and both only have 5,971 miles on them since the build was completed. This '23 bucket is powered by a 350 CI short block and transmits its power through a 3-speed automatic transmission. With plenty of chrome to go around this car has chrome intake, chrome valve covers, chrome air cleaner, Chrome headers and side pipes, and 15' chrome Old Skool 5-star rims. The chrome all shows very well. When it comes to T-buckets, features are not that extensive but for this one it includes: rack and pinion steering, power front/rear disc brakes, and an Edlebrock carburetor to provide plenty of fuel to the engine.

The T-buckets are some of the most iconic, and recognizable hot rods cruising the street today. Something even better about them, is that you rarely find any of them that are built the same.

Powered by a 302 CID V8 this bucket is Ford on Ford and drives well. The automatic transmission shifts through the powerband nicely, making this hot rod great for cruising around town. Featuring long-tube Sanderson headers and side exhaust, you get a nice rumble when putting the foot down. Surprisingly the car is not very loud at idle though making it nice for conversations at the stop light. The adjustable coil over shocks in the rear give this '23 Ford a much better ride as well.
