The bright yellow paint on its steel body (and steel fenders and steel running boards) is hard to miss from a distance, so you're sure to attract a crowd wherever you drive it! And speaking of 'driving it', this is a heckuva great car for trips - its owner has put nearly 20,000 miles on it since purchasing it a over a decade ago; including driving it over 100 miles to the showroom to bring it to us! The engine, radiator, transmission, and rear end were replaced early on: a GM 350 CID crate V8 and GM TH350 3-speed automatic transmission were installed, a 1985 Buick Regal gave up its rear end (and received some custom fabrication to allow the coil-over-equipped multilink rear suspension setup), and some cows gave up their hides to upholster the interior. When the interior was being redone, Dynamat-type sound insulation was added in preparation for the long road trips to car shows, making the passenger compartment more conversation-friendly.
