The Model T is the car that really brought the idea of a motorized buggy to the masses. With a model run that lasted for 2 decades and over 15 million units to say it was a success would be an injustice. The Model T was great for its time but impractical to drive in modern times. That is where the street rod comes in. A street rod is basically a Pre-WWII car that's been modified with more modern components to increase performance and even comfort. This is a perfect example of just that. Starting with the body, which was completely disassembled and taken down to bare metal, was then protected using Rustloc epoxy ensuring the medal for years to come. The body was then put back on the factory frame with the spring brackets welded to the frame rails.
