In the year 1996 Jaguar came out with the XK8 as a measure of replacing the XJS as being a flagship 2 door performance roadster. The XK8 was joined by a supercharged model in 1998 known as the XKR which boasted an impressive 370 horsepower from the 4. 2-liter V8. The XKR would go on to see more performance tweaks throughout the years; resulting in this 2004 model having 390 horsepower transferred through a ZF 6HP26 automatic 6-speed transmission. The XKR makes for a nice quiet ride while driving for commute but supplies a nice whining noise from the supercharger. Shutting down the Jag is a set up Brembo brakes that came factory on the XKR package vehicles. The Jaguar is perfect for the summer months being that it has an automatic convertible top that makes getting the outside elements into your pleasure cruise seamless.
