This 1967 Plymouth Satellite has been meticulously built to be a street Machine. The best part about this Satellite is definitely it's drivability. Built to replicate a factory R023 car, it features a built 440 CID engine with two four barrel carburetors. A 727 Torque Flight transmission was built to take care of the gear changing duties and extra power that 440 is dishing out. Finally the 3:23 sure grip differential gets the power to the ground. The interior was completely redone in gold and black to offset the exterior in a dramatic fashion. The Plymouth Satellite is a mid-size automobile introduced in the 1965 model year as the top trim model in Plymouth's 'B' platform Belvedere line. Available initially in two-door hardtop and convertible models, the Satellite remained the top-of-the-line model until the 1967 model year. This particular 1966 example has been with its current owner for nearly 20 years, and was originally optioned with a 273ci V8. This classic muscle car is powered by a 440 big block engine that is far from stock and when idling you notice. The engine offers: electric fan, aluminum radiator, exhaust headers, 906 cylinder heads, 800 Edelbrock carburetor, B&M flex plate, and after market ignition. The build has just 3000 miles. Weight saving components include: fiberglass trunk lid, hood, and leaf springs. This Mopar was restored the right way!
