It is styled in the famous Yenko look and pays homage to one of the most prized American cars. Today, these Chevys are considered "real estate" due to what they once represented back in the day. No one knows if every COPO performance car was indeed drag raced, as intended, against Fords and Mopars. Those COPO cars that remain today and have paperwork to prove authenticity are generally considered museum pieces. Malibu’s and all other Chevelle’s were completely restyled for 1968 with semi-fastback rooflines on two-door hardtops and wheelbases split to 112 inches on two-door models and 116 for four-door sedans and station wagons. Inside was a new instrument panel featuring round gauges in square pods. Turn some heads with this great looking car!
