For sale in our Chicago showroom is a very sleek 1964 Pontiac Grand Prix with a 389 Cubic Inch V8 with Tri-Power and a 4-Speed manual transmission. When you think of American Muscle cars of the '60's and '70's this is the type of vehicle you picture. Featuring a desirable This classic is ready to take you for an amazing ride and get plenty of thumbs up along the way. First off, for this type of body style this beauty is the right color of bright red with a black interior but that's not all it has in store! You will be impressed with all of the extras you get in this classic coupe. Under the hood you will see that nicely detailed and great running 389 Cubic Inch V8 that said goodbye to the common 4-barrell carburetor and moved up to being fed by a tri-power set up and wow does this car scoot. The chrome, bright work, glass, and paintwork on this car are very nice and are sure to turn some heads as you go out for a cruise or to your local car show.

The exterior is further highlighted by the 8-Lug turbine wheels that are in very remarkable condition and look fantastic with those raised white letter tires. These were unique and a classic case of form following function. The idea behind the 8-lug was to use the superior heat conductivity of aluminum to reduce brake fade. The finned aluminum hub and drum were cast around an iron liner, which provided a durable surface for the brake shoes to press against. A steel rim was attached to the hub, held at eight points around its perimeter by lugs and decorative chromed nuts. The rim was dressed up with a chrome-plated stainless-steel trim ring, and a center cap, also chrome-plated stainless, completed the wheel. Aside from its advanced engineering, the 8-lug wheel represents the first modern example of an American manufacturer offering a custom wheel as a factory option. Now take a close look at those rear wheels and take note that these are 15" one-off General Motors wheels unlike the 14" up front.

The interior of this car is another sight to behold. Long gone are those boring vinyl seat covers as this new bespoke interior features perforated suede and is finished off with bright red stitching that compliments everything about this car. The original 4-speed floor shifter features the original shift pattern emblem, real wood dash insert, the original Pontiac AM/FM radio, a Pontiac Tachometer and gorgeous original-style perforated headliner.
