Vinyl InteriorFor sale in our Chicago showroom is this beautiful 1971 Triumph TR6. Powered by a strong-running straight-6 that has been hopped up, this is a hoot to drive. Originally equipped with a 4-speed manual and electronic overdrive, the transmissions are known to be difficult to shift after some use. A 5-speed manual was retrofitted into this Triumph to make the driving experience much more enjoyable.
Many parts of the TR6 were upgraded from the previous owner. High back seats were installed with adjustable head rests for longer drives, coupled with the 5-speed upgrade and this is a fantastic long-hauler. The engine got its fair share of upgrades as well. A set of tubular headers was installs to help hot exhaust gasses escape while a set of Stromberg carburetors keep the engine fed with air and fuel.
Options include: Manual Convertible Top, Seat Belts, Vinyl Interior, Kill Switch, Alloy Wheels and Radial Tires.
