Under the hood is a Pontiac 400 V8 engine, with a Holley sniper electronic fuel injection, paired to a Tremec TKO 5-speed manual transmission. It has the classic old school sound of a cast iron V8 with the modern solid shifting of the TKO. Being a drop top makes this Firebird even cooler! The engine saw an overhaul in 2005 and the transmission was newly installed in 2016. The current owner has had the vehicle for nearly 30 years, so this isn't a "quick flip."
