Gateway Classic Cars of Chicago is proud to present this very custom 1933 Chevrolet Rat Rod. Powering this flat black custom is a 350 cubic inch Chevrolet small block V8. Power is sent through a T5 5-speed manual transmission to a 10-bolt rear axle. The engine is a crate engine from Jegs, and has less than 600 miles since having been installed in this custom build. The '33 steel body is sitting on top of a modified S10 frame, meaning parts are very easy to come by. The gold leave stripes around the belt line and the front grille make or a very aesthetically pleasing contrast to the otherwise dark color scheme of flat black and red. The interior is very spartan, only having two fixed position seats with vinyl covers, a few gauges to keep tabs on the engines vitals, and the necessary 3-pedals, a shifter, and a steering wheel. The exhaust is ran down the sides of the cab, though a manual cut out can be opened to really make this V8 scream. This Rat Rod gets waves, "thumbs-up" and excited stares everywhere it goes. Bring this slick Rat Rod home and be the center of attention no matter where you go!
