Modifications to the engine enclude .060 over bore, Eagle 4340 Forged crankshaft, JE custom forged aluminium 9.8:1 compression pistons, Clevite NASCAR bearings, Speed pro Plasma moly rings, Ford 351c 2v Autralian heads, B&A track boss aluminum intake manifold, full MSD ignition, Quickfuel Technology Q-Series 750 Proform Custom Carburetor, custom headers and all ARP Fasteners.

Power is transferred to the rear 3 piece Halibrand wheels and BFG G-force tires by a Richmond 5 speed transmission, Centerforce dual friction clutch and pressure plate, a custom drive shaft and a Ford 9\" positraction rear end. With all of that power one would expect a vehicle like this to have a top of the line braking system, the Wilwood 4 piston calipers with vented front rotors, Lincoln vented rear rotors, Wilwood master cylinder, Wilwood Adjustable proportioning valve and steel braided lines fit the bill.

Inside the cockpit of this Shelby you will find; Autometer liquid filled gauges, Momo leather steering wheel, Simpson 5 point safety belts for the driver and passenger, Manual windows,Alpine stereo and front speakers, Kenwood rear speakers are fitted in the rear.

To help carve up the corners this \'65 Cobra sports custom reinforced Mustang II front upper and lower control arms, Monroe Front shocks, KYB rear shocks, Steeda HD rear upper control arms, rack and pinion steering and polyurethane bushings throughout.
