1938 Chevrolet Pickup street rod that you must see to appreciate. Powered by a balanced and blueprinted 283 CID V8 running to a Turbo 350 automatic with B&M Sport Shifter and 3.54 gears out back. The engine is upgraded with a .030 bore, Edelbrock Performer Series intake, Edelbrock carburetor with manual choke, block hugger headers, and more. The Jaguar rear end has independent suspension, has been narrowed 8 inches, and has been chromed and polished with disc brakes and a GM lug pattern. The front suspension is a Mustang II with GM rotors and disc brakes, Mullins billet steering column, Borgeson steering joints, and Old Dog Street Rod Mustang II rack and pinion. Stewart Warner gauges including tachometer, speedometer, temperature, voltage, oil pressure, and fuel level, along with billet aluminum directional signal switch from Lime Works, cloth seats, battery cut off, seat belts, and cruise control. New power brakes installed with chrome booster and painted master cylinder full of Dot5 fluid which is non-corrosive to painted surfaces. Headlights and taillights are all LED from Speedway Motors, with stainless steel housing on the taillights, Firestone Firehawks tires, stainless steel gas tank, fiberglass fenders and steel running boards. This truck comes with a matching custom trailer made to 3/4 scale with matching fenders, working tailgate, and tonneau cover. The trailer is made to replicate the truck exactly down to the narrowed Jaguar rear end, with the exception of a third brake light on the trailer. The trailer has a two layer floor to hide all of the wiring so the underside is smoothed and painted along with the frame and inside the trailer has two "cigarette lighter" electric ports.
