Vinyl InteriorFor sale in our Chicago showroom is a 1977 Pontiac Trans Am. 1977 saw a new “Batmobile†front end with square quad headlights and swiftly gained in popularity thanks to a cameo in the movie “Smokie and the Banditâ€. This silver T/A is finished in a desirable metallic silver with black vinyl bucket seats. This car was restored about 10 years ago but still shows great and runs just as well. The original engine was replaced with the ultra reliable Chevy 350 with a 350 transmission and posi-traction rear end that provide plenty of power to get this silver beauty up to speed. The car has always been well maintained and new ignition parts include distributor cap, rotor, ignition wires with MSD ignition module and coil. Also replaced recently were the new Foose wheels, tires and brakes all the way around. An Edelbrock intake and carburetor were installed along with an Edelbrock dress kit. The black, red and gray Phoenix looks great against the metallic silver paint. The T-Tops remove easily for some fun summer cruising. Be prepared to turn some heads as this Trans Am is sure to get noticed. Options on this vehicle include keyless remote entry with alarm, Foose wheels, power windows, power steering, power brakes, tilt wheel, Trans Am carpeted floor mats, CD Player and engine turned dash.
