RS, stands for Rally Sport which was an option package on the first generation Camaro. The Rally Sport package included a special front grille with hideaway headlights, bright wheel arch, lower body-side and wheel-arch trim, and rear valence-mounted reverse lights. With the sleek Bolero Red paint job and a 327 engine under the hood that produces 275HP, it is sure to catch the eyes of anyone nearby. Although it is not original to the car, it has a casting date of February 1966 with matching heads. Completely rebuilt from the crankshaft up and all bolts torqued to original GM factory settings. Muncie 4 speed transmission has also been rebuilt and is ready for you to put your foot on the gas and shift into gear. The casting date is December 1966. The cowl tag shows an assembly date for the car also being December 1966 in Van Nuys California assembly plant. So there is no doubt you will be revving the engine and cruising down the highway in style. This 1967 Camaro comes with: AM/FM Radio, auxiliary set up to blare music, seat belts, radial tires, and black vinyl interior, it even has the RARE folding rear seat which was not found in many Camaro RS's.
