In 1970 Chrysler billed the new Dodge as “The most potent pony car ever", and you would be hard pressed to prove them wrong. Our Plum Crazy Purple with a Pearl Coat Charger features the legendary Hemi 528 engine backed with the brute strength of a Torqueflite 727 transmission. There is only 738 miles on it since it was rebuilt. The rear end is DANA 60 with a 3:55 gear ratio. Attention to detail was meticulous in the restoration of this Charger R/T. Looking inside, you will find black leather seats and a solid wood dash and new gauges but with the 1970 look. This Charger is one of the last true Mopar muscle cars produced. Moving into the mid 70's, across the board you would find low rated horsepower, highly emission-controlled cars of the future. This Charger will break away from the streetlight at lightning speeds and is still great for highway cruising. If you are looking for Mopar muscle car that will not disappoint, look no further.
