This one is a California Car that has never seen snow, and has always been garaged, and not been repainted. The Engine and Transmission has been rebuilt about 3000 miles ago. The Engine is a 350 C.I that has been bored and stroked with a ¾ race cam to get it 351 C.I. internally. The top was replace around 5 years ago and the back window is still the original. Front Disc Brakes, springs, shocks, and Anti Sway bars have been replaced recently.
For the 1967 model year Ford Galaxie Little else changed, except for trim and the styling; the same engines were available. Modifications to the styling included adding a major bend in the center of the grille and making the model less "boxy" than the 1966 model. An 8-track tape cartridge player became an option. Back-up lights were standard. For 1967 all Fords featured a large, padded hub in the center of the plastic steering wheel, along with an energy-absorbing steering column (introduced late into the 1967 model year),[29] padded interior surfaces, recessed controls on the instrument panel, and front outboard shoulder belt anchors. Another safety related change was the introduction of the dual brake master cylinder used on all subsequent Galaxies (and other Ford models). (Source Wikipedia)
