The last couple decades the Beetle was manufactured in Puebla Mexico, where it is commonly referred to as the "Vochito." With just over 14,000 original miles on the 1600cc air cooled engine this "Vochito" will be dodging extermination for quite some time. This modernized version of the 1.6 liter power plant features fuel injection and a electronic ignition, while producing 44 horsepower. It is backed by a 4 speed manual transmission. Other options include: AM/FM/Cassette, hub caps, seat belts, cloth interior, and radial tires (new). After WW2 the plans and rights to build the Beetle were offered to Allied countries as war reparations, but none accepted. Generations later the Beetle finally came to an end.
