Now for sale in our Dallas Showroom is no normal 1970 C10. it's a BEAST. Currently residing in our Dallas Showroom, but soon it could be in yours. So down to business. BlackSunshine's major upgrades are listed below. First, the stance. Front lowered 5 inches, rear lowered 7 (frame C-notched, air bags on rear, suspension created by the builder.

The driveline was built by Hales Speed Shop from Lewisville TX. If you do not already know who he is then you need to look him up. The movie The Nathan Hale Story - Defying the Odds just dropped on Amazon & Netflix September 3, 2019.

Wheels are powder coated black. The front bumper is shaved, custom-made air spoiler all wrapped in a carbon fiber wrap. The rest of the truck is wrapped in a Gunmetal flat wrap. The front and rear blinkers are shaved along with the door handles and the cowl, wipers. BlackSunshine has been garage kept ever since the project was completed for obvious reasons.

So getting to the internal parts of this beast, LQ9, 6.0, 9.0 compression built to handle 18 PSI of boost. Turbocharged with a huge 88 mm turbo with air/air inter-cooler. Dyno pull on 6PSI registered 528 RWH. Currently running 15 PSI, I recommend that you have a firm grip on the wheel when you let the thing loose. Transmission is a 4L80E, of course, built to handle massive horsepower, Circle D 3500 rpm stall converter, tied into a GM 12 bolt 3.73 psi-traction gears. The sounds come from a custom 3" stainless steel exhaust, electric cutout under cab, with full exhaust running to behind rear wheel and a custom-made body exiting exhaust.
