Painted in a Deep Shining Black, with black interior, Black Power Convertible Top. The 8.2 liter 500 CID engine is Original to the car. 3 Speed Auto Tranmission. She currently rides on '76 Color Matched Hubcaps, which look amazing with the car, and the '72 Chrome Hubcaps are in the trunk included with the sale. This Eldorado is equipped with air conditioning, Am FM stereo, power convertible top and vinyl interior. Other options include power steering and brakes, power windows and locks, power seat and tilt wheel as well as seat belts, spare tire, and jack. the Eldorado convertible was heavily promoted by General Motors as "the last American convertible".

This 1972 Eldorado is unashamed of its girth and wears its flamboyant accouterments proudly. It's what many customers wanted at the time. Sales accounted for 7,075 convertibles. Starting cost put the Eldorado convertible near the top of the Cadillac range in 1972 with only the Sixty Special sedan and the Seventy Five sedan line models being more expensive.
