In The early years of Ford marketing days, the Galaxie marketing attempt to appeal to the excitement surrounding the Space Race. The model year 1964 was the fourth and final year of this body style. Interior trim was altered, and the exterior featured a more sculpted look which was designed to make the car more aerodynamic for NASCAR. The formal roof "boxtop" style was no longer available, all non-wagon models now featuring the "fastback" roof design that was the runaway bestseller in 1963.
Painted in Wimbledon White, with a White Interior, she looks great and is ready to be driven! With this rebuilt 302 V8 and power steering with Cruise-O-Matic 3 Speed Auto transmission, you will feel like you are gliding.
