Gateway Classic Cars of Dallas is proud to welcome this iconic 1976 Toyota FJ40! Toyota started production of the Land Cruiser FJ40 in 1960 and began importing them to the US in 1963. The last US-bound FJ rolled off the line in 1983, making a brief comeback as a modern SUV in the US called the FJ Cruiser from 2006 to 2014. From 1963 to 1983 the FJ40 saw little change aesthetically, the only real changes were improvements in technology mechanically. The Classic FJs are as comfortable on a trail as they are on the highway because they were designed to do anything you could ever ask it to do and do it well. This truck is in awesome everyday driver shape. From the suspension and drivetrain to the engine and interior it all will suit frequent trips wherever you want it to go.
