1968 Buick LeSabre

For sale in our Dallas showroom is a sweet 1968 Buick LeSabre Restomod. This Buick is old-school cool with new-school fuel. The outside has all the hallmarks of a 60’s Luxury vehicle. Two tone paint? Check. Huge hardtop window opening? Big check. Over 18’ of American sheet metal? Huge check. This 68 LeSabre brings all of the things you loved about the 60’s cars with one big surprise hiding under the hood. The entire drivetrain has been pulled from 2013 Camaro. That means that you get the L99, which is derived from the famous LS3 V8, along with the 6L80 6 speed automatic transmission. The rear end is a classic Chevy 10 Bolt. Throw in the cruise control, and this LeSabre is ready to just eat up the miles. To ensure such a major transplant went as easily as possible, as PSI (Performance Systems Integration) fuel injection wiring harness was used to wiring everything up. This was even used to integrate a very trick starting system that uses a secret combination of switches and buttons to start the car. It almost feels like you’re a secret agent when you get this Buick to fire over!

Having received a full body off restoration, this Buick looks great from all angles, including up underneath. Two modern touches are LED lights in the headlights and taillights, as well as LED turn signals in the mirrors. Inside, the amenities continue with vinyl bench seats, a custom arm rest with cupholders, cruise control, power steering, power brakes with discs up front, cruise control, and of course air conditioning.

All in all, this LeSabre just needs ones thing: you sitting in the driver’s seat. It is ready for car show duty, or even daily driving if you so desire.
