This 78' 450SL can produce 3 very different looks; hard top featuring same color paint, black soft top, and of course the classic topless roadster look. Recent engine work includes a new timing chain, gears, and guides, as well as new fuel injectors. The Mercedes Benz 450SL was produced between 1972 and 1980 and was a perfect fit for the personal luxury car market. The 450SL featured 4-wheel disc brakes standard. The front suspension setup includes double wishbone, coil springs, additional rubber springs, and a stabilizer bar. The rear suspension is based on a diagonal swing axle with coil springs, and a stabilizer bar. The odometer reads 118,409, which represents the actual mileage to the car.
