For sale in our Fort Lauderdale showroom is this super nice 1971 Pontiac GTO. Is there a better color combination than black/black/black for a Goat??? This GTO is just amazing. It is the real 242 deal and not a clone. This story begins in 1971 when this Pontiac was sold at Don Pittman Motors in Antioch, IL and now 45 years later it’s here in our Ft Lauderdale showroom. For the last 10 years this GTO was garaged and pampered. This is an older complete restoration that still shows really well. You will immediately see that this was a quality restoration and not a Mickey Mouse job. The body is straight and the gaps are looking as they should. The paint is super shinny and the car was disassembled before it got painted. There is no paint on the trim; door handles; etc. The interior is just clean – it almost looks like brand new with some light patina. No cracks in the dashboard; no rips in the headliner. Even the original clock still says tic/toc. The trunk and the engine compartment make a clean appearance. Of course the test drive is the best part of the day. This GTO drives really nice. The complete engine was rebuilt around 300 miles ago and has a lot of power with approximately 500 horsepower. The Turbo 400 Transmission and the rear end were also recently rebuilt. The whole appearance of this muscle car will turn heads everywhere you go. The car comes with a nice stack of documentation. If you are looking for a really nice muscle car to jump in and take off – you just found your car. Wir sprechen deutsch.
