Mated to this beast of an engine is a TCI Super Street Fighter 400 automatic transmission with Cheetah shifter and a big trans cooler. This Pro Street Monte Carlo SS has a 9-inch braced rear end, back halved with ladder bars, a Detroit locker with 456 gears, performance axles, built drive shaft, just to name a few parts. There is a lot of custom body work and chassis fabrication that went into the build of this car. This SS sounds great with its 3.5 inch exhaust with crossover pipe and race mufflers. The super-wide rear tires on this Monte Carlo SS have enough grip to get you up to speed and back to a stop in no time. The ride is comfortable on the coilover suspension.
