Still packing its original “numbers matching†390 Big Block engine, it was rebuilt 10 years back with a C6 Cruise-O-Matic and only about 600 miles added since. The big block breathes in though a 750cfm Holley Carburetor with High Rise Intake, and out through Ceramic Coated Headers and Custom Flowmaster dual exhaust with x-pipe. It has a new 9-inch posi rear end with a 3:90 gear ratio.
This Galaxie was given a complete restoration and is laid out perfectly on a super straight body. It’s black cherry paint finish is perfect to accent its beautiful tear drop performance hood, and new custom wheels and tires. With new suspension upgraded to HD, and with new coils and shocks this Galaxy was built for cruising, however if you want to open her up and have some real fun you can flip the switch just under the steering column to open the headers. Now you will feel the power and hear her roar.
