This iconic classic is powered by a 1968 327 cu in V8 mated to a 4-speed manual transmission. The Camaro you are looking at is painted a gorgeous red and has a very clean black vinyl interior. This car is an actual Rally Sport Camaro that was originally Ash Gold from the factory. Factory options included black bucket seats, AM radio, and a rosewood steering wheel. Throughout its life, this Camaro has seen regular maintenance and oil changes.
In 2016 the RS received a new clutch, a front disc brake conversion, a transmission reseal, new shocks, new bushings, and an alignment. All of the chrome on this ’68 is in great shape and maintains excellent luster. The hideaway headlights function just as they should. The original radio is in place, but a modern Panasonic AM/FM radio was added. Overall, the interior on this Camaro is in excellent shape. Just as nice, the engine bay is extremely clean. Chrome valve covers dress up the peppy 327 V8.
This drop top Chevy is perfect for a Sunday drive or an addition to a collection. This well cared for Camaro is ready for years of enjoyment.
