1986 Chevrolet C10

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to present this sleek silver 1986 Chevrolet C10. This beastly machine was built by Elite Motorsports in Austin, TX and has been cared for throughout the years. This is a truck that most classic car enthusiasts would drool over.

The Beastly 454 CID V8 is what powers this monster with on 700 miles on it since the rebuild. It’s paired with a T400 automatic transmission and can get up and go with even some of the modern sports cars out on the streets. The Edelbrock carburetor has been adjusted to provide just the right amount of air to fuel ratio and make for very good response time. This C10 also features a set of headers paired to an exhaust system that will scream for attention running down the road. Disk brakes have been added to the front wheels with drums still providing plenty of stopping power to the rear. The American Racing wheels truly sets this truck off. All the trim and chrome throughout the exterior of the truck is in great shape with no pitting to be seen.

The interior has original styling with some very nicely re-upholstered bench seat, with a color combo to match the truck. An aftermarket Panasonic radio has replaced the original cassette player because you simply don’t see too many people playing cassette’s anymore. Some additional gauges were also installed so you can monitor the oil, water, and volts going through the truck. All the gauges are functioning and in great shape. Too keep this truck feeling as cool as it looks is the COLD blowing A/C which if you’re down in the South then you know how important this is. Some additional features include power steering, power brakes, power windows, AM/FM radio, seat belts, vinyl interior, power locks, and aluminum wheels.
