The grille was also the big distinguishing factor between the Chevrolet (Vertical Bars) and GMC (Horizontal Bars) model pickups.
This ’46 Chevy is powered by a rebuilt 350 CID V8 engine with only around 50 miles on the engine since the work was done. The engine is paired to a 3-speed automatic transmission that was also rebuilt at the same time as the engine. This beautiful piece of machinery has undergone a complete frame off restoration and has been owned by the current owner for over 15 years. It also features fresh wood in the bed giving it that show quality appearance. The truck sits on a set of American Racing wheels that cover the 4 wheel drilled disk brakes.
The interior has been updated but remains classical with a bench seat, and classic gauge cluster. The tan interior is subtle, so it appeals to just about everyone. The truck also features power steering to make the turns and windy roads much easier to handle.
