Now for sale in our Houston Showroom is this eye popping 1970 Pontiac GTO. The GTO has a true 242 Vin as well so no need to worry about it being those Lemans/tempest clones. Commonly referred to as a “Goat" is one of what I believe to be top 10 greatest classic muscles built during its era. They featured nice body lines, big motors, and nice pointed off nose to cut through the competition.

This GTO features a 400 CID V8 that has been bored .030 over and provides plenty of power to send you through the power band. The engine came from a '69 GTO so none the less it's still all GTO under the hood. It also has just under 9,000 miles on it since the rebuild. Accompanied by a 4-speed manual transmission, 068 Cam, and 3.43 gears you can truly have some fun with this Pontiac. Under the hood you will also find this GTO features some common comforts such as power steering, power brakes, and A/C. While remaining in the same family for the last 29 years you can rest assured that this car has been well cared for and maintained.

To get the heads turning this car was painted back in 1992 to a nice Daytona Yellow. The paint is Deltron PPG and still shows well on the car. With chrome that is still in good condition, an unforgettable rear spoiler and the yellow paint, you certainly can't miss this car when it runs down the road.

The interior is a nice classic brown vinyl and remains in very good condition. With 2 front bucket seats, and space for a few friends in the back you can make many fun memories cruising around town in the beauty.
