This black Q-ship is powered by the same potent 382HP 5.5L DOHC 32-Valve Fuel-injected V8 and 7-speed shiftable automatic transmission that it was born with. A mere 66K miles have been logged on this car, so it has plenty of exhilaration left in it! It's riding on Hankook Ventus V12 EVO2 high performance radials (P255/40ZR18 front, P285/35ZR18 rear), which wrap its polished aluminum wheels. The 2007 SL550 featured the same aluminum block engine that was introduced in the prior year's S550 sedan, with its two-stage intake manifold and continuously variable valve timing, so the '07 SL driver gets the benefit of having the same EPA fuel economy as before, but with the added bump of 80 additional ponies and 52 more lb.-ft. of torque. This additional oomph is a very noticeable improvement over prior model years' capability. Like most Mercedes, this SL550 comes loaded with features: Air Conditioning, Aluminum Wheels, AM/FM/CD with Navigation, Anti-theft System, Cruise Control, Driver and Passenger Airbags, GPS, Power 4-wheel anti-lock disc brakes with drilled front rotors, Cruise Control, Leather Interior, Power Locks, Power Mirrors, Power Heated/Cooled Seats, Power Steering, Power Top, Power Windows, Seat Belts, Tilt/Telescoping Steering Wheel, and Traction Control.
