The red exterior and interior give this car a rich look you would expect from an Impala. The Impala came along in 1958 and was and still is a luxury car with a healthy powerplant under the hood. The 348s and 409s and a laundry list of options made these Chevys the car to have in the late 50s, right on through the mid 60s. With chrome, stainless and aluminum trim that seems to go one forever, you can look at an Impala all day and not notice all of the unique details that went into these cars. Three taillights per side were the giveaway that you had an Impala and not a Bel Air or a Biscayne. Under the hood, the 327 CID V8 has been mildly built with an intake, Edelbrock carburetor, flex fan and Edelbrock dress up kit inlcuding chrome air cleaner and valve covers.
