1986 Nissan 300ZX

Gateway Classic Cars of Houston is proud to offer this 1986 Nissan 300ZX. I don’t think anyone needs an introduction the “Z” cars from Nissan line. It has a following unlike any other and continues to grow in popularity. Designed by Kazumasu Takagi and his team of developers, the 300ZX improved aerodynamics and increased power when compared to its predecessor, the 280ZX.

This car is powered by a 3.0L normally aspirated V6 motor that runs strong and is smoke free & it sends its power through a smooth shifting 5-speed manual transmission. All drivetrain components are in good working condition and this car is ready for another 100k miles! The car is a numbers matching vehicle with the original engine and transmission that it came with. Since leaving the factory in 1986 the car has only covered 129,013 miles which equates to about 4161 miles per year over its 31-year life. That is about 1/3 less than the average car does yearly!

The car is finished in the beautiful Aspen Gold color that still shows well after all these years and even the clear coat is still good on it. Inside has a tan leather interior that looks almost new! Seriously, the dash, carpet, seats, door panels, & headliner are all in very nice condition that shows the owner took very good care of the car. This is a fantastic example of one of the most iconic cars of the 80’s.
