It was the new coming of competition against the iconic Ford mustang. This year came with newly designed fenders, doors and quarter panels. The standard grill was restyled with sharper angles and this year was the first year for variable ratio steering. No longer 100% stock, this American Muscle car has a nice GM hugger orange paint with a rally sport stripe that encompasses the front of the car and runs up the hood.
This beautiful beast offers a 396 CID V8 big block with an Edlebrock carburetor, a mild race cam to give it that muscle car rumble, an upgraded aluminum radiator, & long tube performance headers. The big block is paired to a 3-speed automatic transmission that shifts smoothly throughout the gears. This piece of American history sits on Chevrolet Motor Division wheels with Goodyear Eagle GT2 tires that are in good condition. Looking inside the car you will see very clean black vinyl bucket seats, center console, and a nice set of Auto Meter gauges. The car also features disc brakes on all 4 wheels for that extra stopping power.
The gauges include oil pressure, water temperature, volts, mph, rpm, and fuel then are encased in a nice carbon fiber gauge mount.
