1990 Cadillac Allante

Now for sale in our Houston showroom is this 1990 Cadillac Allanté. The Cadillac Allanté is a two-door, two-seater roadster marketed by Cadillac from 1987 until 1993, with just over 21,000 built during its seven-year production run. Originally designed to compete with the Mercedes-Benz SL and Jaguar XJS, the Allanté featured a slightly modified variant of the 4.1-liter V8 used across Cadillac's model line. With just a little over 3100 produced in 1990, this one is in the most pristine condition today. Cadillac commissioned the designer of past Ferrari & Rolls-Royce models to tackle the job of designing the Allanté.

This one has its original bright red paint that is in excellent condition. The convertible top is also in great shape & works well. The car looks great going down the road whether the top is up or down. The bumpers, trim, glass, emblems, & other exterior pieces are in superb condition. The car sits on its stock wheels that are wrapped in Continental tires that have plenty of life in them.

Looking at the interior you will find very nice conditioned plush tan leather interior. All components in the car work as they should, and the interior looks fantastic. The leather is in great shape, the seats are free from any tears, the carpet is stain free, the dash & door panels look great.

Powering this Caddy down the road is its original 4.5L V8 putting out 200 HP & 270 lb-ft of tq. The V8 is paired to a very smooth shifting 4-speed automatic transmission which was professionally rebuilt in 2016. The owner has also replaced the water pump, converted the AC to R134a, added a new AC compressor, & much more!
