This 1969 Pontiac GTO with the Judge Tribute package is located in Louisville KY. Goat, GTO, The tiger no matter what you call it there is one thing that everyone will agree on; this was the first true muscle car. Staring its life back in 1964 just simply as an option available on the newly redesigned Tempest the GTO would turn the car world upside down. Not only did it do well enough to stay it became its own model in 66. As the market that it created grew and evolved manufacturers felt they needed to do more to separate themselves from the rest of the competition. Enter the limited production super muscle cars. Pontiac decided in 69 that it was there turn to turn this new market upside down again. Simply known as "The Judge" this new package would go down as the baddest GTO made. This real 1969 GTO has been converted to a practically exact Judge without the price. The panels fit exceptionally well with the Endura bumper fitting better than any I have seen. Covered in the correct carousel red paint and finished off with the classic Judge decals you can see why the paint job exceeded the 10k budget. Under that ram air hood lies a real deal period correct 400 that sound absolutely amazing. Of course all of that power is great but when it's backed up by the recently gone through 4 SPD Muncie transmission you better believe that it does not get any more desirable than this. Open the door and the parchment interior appears to be in very good condition. Of course that 4 speed console mounted Hurst shifter screams your name especially when sitting in the driver's seat looking at the hood mounted TACH. It's one of those things in life that everyone should experience before their time is up.
