This would explain why the overall condition of this is in such great shape. The Sunset Pearl Orange and Green Flames was painted by world renowned Bob Taylor. This right there explains why the paint is so slick. The cream white and orange interior, by Lee Williams, brings the overall color scheme together. Just in case you get caught in the rain, there is a top with side curtains that can put up in a jiffy. Protecting the gorgeous paint scheme from collisions and mishaps are front/rear powder coated tube steel bumpers. The Dune Buggy is not only a looker but a solid performer as well. The engine is a VW 1776 cc HiPo unit. Dual 48 Weber Carburetors have been added insuring plenty of fuel is fed to this beastly little engine. This VW engine also revs extremely quick due the installation of an aluminum flywheel. A quick blip of the throttle and the open headers will deafen your ears! Keeping an eye on everything is a set of Autometer Pro Comp gauges. For little extra fun, there is a set of levers to control the rear brakes individually. Can you say donuts?!?
