In the weeds as we like to refer it, sitting high enough to still negotiate the speed bumps (hate those things) and low enough that it looks like the frame rails are dragging in the grass at the local show in the park. Flashy paint jobs are great, but then you tend to always be on edge that someone is going to put a nasty dent or ding in your pride and joy. Problem solved, just rock it out in Hot Rod Black! Whether cruising to the local show or just heading to the grocery store, little nicks and chips will just add character. After all, these cars are meant to be driven. This Flat or Satin Black has made a comeback the last few years and this street rod wears it well. The owner states the Coupe is an older frame off restoration. A new 350 Chevy Engine and 350 Turbo transmission have been installed and only have 2253 miles on the current set-up. Inside, there are remnants of the previous color with the dash being splashed in red paint. The leather interior is a combination of red & white that really jumps against the Hot Rod Black. A nice set of aftermarket gauges keep tabs on the critical engine functions. Under the dash, you will notice a set of knobs to control the Vintage AC system, so you not only look cool, but stay cool while handling this rig. An AM/FM with CD player will provide the tunes just in case you get tired of just listening to the sweet rumble of the engine.
