1949 Chevrolet 3100 Pickup For Sale. This eye catching street rod is painted with House of Kolor Tangerine Kandy with flames running from the front along the side and shows great. This truck is custom to say the least, the roof has been chopped six inches and the body has been channeled six inches as well giving the body a low mean look. There has also been a flip up sun roof added to the roof. Under the powered tilt forward hood lies a Chevy small block 400 engine that is dressed for the occasion with chrome valve covers, tube headers, Edelbrock air cleaner, Holly dual feed four barrel carburetor, Edelbrock aluminum intake, 8mm spark plug wires, chrome radiator hose and more. The engine is hooked to a four speed manual transmission that runs to a narrowed Chevy 12-bolt rear-end that hold 4.11 gears. The custom interior is made up of custom covered corvette seats, custom console with a CD player, custom door panels with flames stitched into them. The steel dash is painted to match the body with a full set of AutoMeter Pro Comp Ultralite gauges including; MPH, RPM, fuel level, oil pressure, water temp, volts, vacuum, transmission temp, oil temp, cylinder head temp and clock. The bed is finished with orange cloth and grey vinyl; it has been tubed and holds the fuel tank and battery in a custom compartment at the front of the bed. There is also a NOS tank mounted and plumed but has not been filled or used. The truck rides on aluminum Weld Racing rims and out back they are wrapped in 29X18.5X15 Mickey-Thompson Sportsman drag radials.
